I had this on order from a supplier who supposedly had old stock but seems that fell through.
Looking for any source, it's the seal that goes on the window above where it's attached to the hatch, on the underside below the rear window molding.

Thanks for the suggestion. I had tried isicar since they had it up on ebay but they had to cancel the transaction since it's discontinued in JPN too also checked for any New old stock with dealers in Canada since it's a separate network than US dealers. I have a separate order pending with another seller on e-bay that supposedly had it new old stock but it's been 2 weeks and now they won't respond to messages so I'm trying to get a refund since they clearly don't have it. I've also reached out to a salvage operation that specializes in Integra parts to see if its possible to pull a used seal without destroying it.
I went ahead and put an order in with Amayama to see if they can come up with it. for <$40 its worth a shot.
I also called the shop that's going to install the glass they seemed to think they have an aftermarket seal and they've done good work for me so I guess that's my last option if I can't find someone who can get OEM seal for me.
I'm actually a bit unclear on what it actually seals seems more like it just diverts dirt that could potentially clog the upper gutter, if so I'm more a bit more ok with using something aftermarket\generic.

Amayama confirmed they can’t get it either and issued a refund

I fear I have waited too long to procure molding for my car. Honda is tearing apart their loyal base.

Sucks on the seal . Did the glass guy confirm a aftermarket available?

Let me ask RBoosted717 on where he procured aftermarket windshield molding/clips from.
