Any weekend in June should work for me, May is booked daughter has a lot of things going on then. The sooner I can get a head count the better. There are a few places I was looking at renting to cook out or maybe using the family restaurant to stage a spirited drive any going back for lunch or a combination of the two.

I won't know availability until i know some tentative dates...

Your dad's place was awesome! I'd be game for whatever assuming i could go... there is also a teeny weeny chance the R might be ready by then...

Id suggest AVOIDING Mothers Day weekend (May 9/10), Memorial Day weekend (May 23/24), and Fathers Day weekend (June 20/21).

June 20 sounds good to me and I think I can make May 23 work too if I move some things around.

I would be down to meet up whenever with a rain date alternative. Ideally not Memorial Day weekend.

I'd be down for anything as well. Last year was my first event so not sure of how the prior meetings have been but open to ideals.

I would suggest feeling out 3-4 dates, then voting. We could tally the votes in the OP.
