His name is CWITR on Instagram. Cars pretty rough according to him. We spoke about it before I bought 98-1059. Fenders have been rolled also and it needs paint badly I believe.

For $10k that's not bad at all. Still has the original motor and tranny at least. You'd have to pay at least double that for a clean title ITR with similar mileage.

I don't know anything about the car but very interesting it's a theft recovery with matching engine and transmission. When these cars were new , all models included other than the R. Including the Honda line as well. The theives were stealing cars and buying the shells at the auction . Then put the stolen stuff back in the car when they bought it. Law enforcement and insurance caught on. I am not saying this is the case but the car is interesting to me in that aspect.

It was an interesting time. The insurance company owned the parts because they paid out. I recall a em1 buyer of a shell located his motor and was given the motor back. Another went to auction. Probably state laws ,insurance company , etc.

Not sure how it still had the original motor/trans but it was what sold me on the car when I purchased it last year.
