I bought this car in July 2019 with plans to do a rebuild on it. However, I'm living as an expat in Mexico for at least 2 more years and really not sure when I'll have time for it (on top of owning 5 other various car projects).

I'm asking what I have in the car, I would like to go to someone in the community. 8k firm.

Quick details:
Car is originally a Georgia car. I bought it from the original owner. ~230k miles on it (I don't recall exactly since the car is in NC). The original owner kept it basically bone stock and daily drove it. Clean title. The block was replaced under warranty so it's an RDOT B18C5 block, but other than that, it's a matching VIN car. Sometime last year the car was involved in a minor front end accident. Owner was turning right on red, car in front of him started to go and then stopped and he didn't see it stopped and rear ended it. It appears on Autocheck since the police were called, but it did not brand the title (he didn't want to report it to insurance for the small value they would payback). I have a copy of the Autocheck prior to me registering it in my name. I would replace both bumpers, front fenders, hood and core support and have it painted. (lots of misc dents and dings, radiator is pushed in slightly, and rear valence is pushed in a bit). It's missing a few small interior bits. (Has original armrest/badge). Drivers window doesn't go down (door panel off), but AC still works. Aftermarket Momo wheel.

I bought a few parts for it: Mint OEM headlights and OEM rear strut tower bar.

It's a project forsure, but the prices people are selling parts for, it could be parted out and make easily over 8k (but it's not to the point it should be parted out).

It might sound kind of quick, but I'll be home Feb 21-23 and could meet then to sell the car if interested. It runs and drives (drove it from Atlanta, GA to Asheville, NC). Clutch needs a bleed or master/slave replaced (slowly drops to the floor with slight pressure on it). I wouldn't want to drive it to far (1 headlight that is not very well aligned).

If it doesn't sell, it will be more difficult to do title work since I live out of the country (but can probably figure something out).
