Brand new b18c5 short block, cylinder head & usdm transmission

Hey all. Like the title says I have a brand new RDOT engine assembly, new 00-01 ITR cylinder head assembly and new USDM ITR transmission. All are in brand new, never installed or used condition and original packaging. I planned to put them in a project but that hasnt come to pass and life has changed. If you arent familiar with these items here is a quick description of whats included:

B18c5 RDOT engine assembly:
Block with fully assembled rotating assembly including, water pump, oil pump, oil pan, oil cooler.

2000/2001 USDM ITR Cylinder head assembly:
Factory ported ITR head assembled with valves, springs, seals & retainers. Also includes LMA's, rocker arms, 2000-2001 cams, cam seals, oil orifices, and plugs.

USDM ITR transmission:
This is the 4.4 final drive transmission with LSD.

I have receipts showing over $8267 invested. Im asking $7500 for everything. Would like to sell everything together but open to offers. Prefer Local pickup in Santa Rosa CA. I have more pics upon request.

I bet you could pretty easily sell these parts separately: block, cylinder head, and trans. Might be easier for you to sell.
