JDM GM ITR 16s

I am looking to get $700 plus shipping or feel free to make me an offer. Previous owner had these painted and the clear is starting to come off in spots. Zero curb rash. The tires are about %70 but shipping I am sure would be cheaper without them. I will sell them with or without. Located in Dallas TX
I will trade for a set of GM 15s in the same condition.
I will also trade for a set of slips with some cash.
