Looking to pick up my first ITR

Hey everyone I have lurked around here for years but am now interested in actually picking up a ITR. I found one that I am looking at but am having trouble gauging the value, details below:

-1998 ITR w/ 82,xxx miles on it. (Clean Title)
-3 owner car (current owner has had it since 2004)
-no accident history shows up on the carfax BUT it has definitely have some paint work done. There are runs in the paint on the rear passenger qtr panel. It was this way when the current owner bought it and hasn't had it fixed.
- on the same qtr panel there is some rust starting, very small but still there none the less.
- a couple of dents in both driver and passenger doors, looks like some was leaning on them. Probably be fixed with PDR.
- to be perfect the whole car will be a respray (paint chips on hood, scratched on the rear wing, etc)
- interior was seemed to be clean just needs a little love. The back seats wear a little faded from the sun.

All in all it was a nice car and probably exactly what I am looking for but I just don't want to over pay. Any thoughts on what one in this condition would go for?
