Could you sell out of state? How would it work?
Selling out of state is the most likely situation. That's how I bought it from the PO in CT. The way it works is that you send money. Then arrange transport. I can help with the transport -- another forum member hooked me up with a great guy named Nate who helps ship ITRs. Nate brokered a transporter from Hartford to Fort Collins for ~$800.
You might also want to have a local mechanic do a pre-purchase inspection. If you want that, then I can take the car to the mechanic of your choice... or I can recommend a local mechanic.
Or, you can do a road trip! Fly to Denver, and I will pick you up and you can drive home. Where's home for you?

I bought my car from Luke a few years ago. I sent him a certified check, overnighted it and then he sent me the title overnight and helped me when the shipper arrived by sending me pics of the car being loaded. Luke is well known in the community and had enough people vouch for him that I was comfortable doing the deal the way we did.

Let's bump this for an informed/honest seller, we are very close to a deal… going to sleep on it a while and going to try to get a deal done, if someone sweeps in before me good luck with a nice purchase , pleasure corresponding with you

How can you sleep when the car is calling to you: "Boris, Boooorrrrissss. You bad boy. You vill buy me and you vill like it!"
P.S., her safe word is "Toyota." Nothing like Toyota to kill the flames of passion.

I am amazed you still have this.
Plenty of dreamers and low ballers out there. I fee your pain. My favorite is the morons to just email a low ball offer and nothing else.
