I don't. I called the DMV today and they have a title odometer correction form of sorts.
I can go get fresh service records, like a 5-point dealer inspection that records odometer mileage and submit that with the form and they will re-issue the title with actual mileage reflected rather than exempt. So I guess I'll do that in the meantime while the car is sitting around for sale
My '98 (0665) is for sale.
Re: My '98 (0665) is for sale.
Unless there is a mileage discrepancy somewhere I would not be too concerned. Personally I find it annoying looking at a carfax and seeing the registration/renewal over and over. The emissions one is also annoying. I approved a 90k 97 civic years ago for my lady that A Honda dealership sold us . I later bought it from her. I recently located a service record that I had never seen showing a mileage discrepancy. Carfax missed that and the work was done at a stealership. Asahi stated my car was rear ended by a civic si under his ownership. This was also not on carfax. Adding the mileage to the carfax may help? If I was in the market that wouldn't be a deal breaker with exempt on mileage unless you had some low mileage unicorn .

Picture two has different blinker corners and maybe smoked headlights? Which is the current state?
Re: My '98 (0665) is for sale.
The headlights are the same. They are not smoked, they are HID.
I put the stock amber turns on later.
