Does anyone have experience with the newer 215/45/16 tire options out there (i.e. Falken RT615K+, RT660, BFG Rivals)? I found past discussions about the Falkens running wide - but I have no first hand experience. They are for a 16x7+43 Advan RG1s. I am not extremely low, but also dont want to roll or modify anything. My backup is to just go with the re71r in 205/45/16.

I had prior experience with RT615 & RT615K iterations. At this point, with the release of the RT660, I would consider the RT615xx line as "old" tire technology.

Size wise, tires are offered in either 205/45 or 215/45, not both. I recommend picking the tire you one over a width for a street tire. Additionally, as you note, many tire model width vary in terms of actual tread width.

Your ride height and camber are factors in clearance, but +43 wheels with 205/215 width tires are not extreme. If you have already rolled the front inner fender pinch weld, I wouldn't expect any clearance concerns.

I like the tires tread block design. It reminds me of a Michelin Cup 2. I liked the Khumo tire found in the EPS line up from ~10yrs ago.

I’ve read Sport Comp 2’s, DZ102’s, Ventus V12 EVO2’s (for S2K & CTR), etc. being good tire selections for daily driving. Can anyone else recommend other options for street driving only?

For legit DD’er tires or something for the street but still sporty? If you’re looking for street+sporty but still cheap, the Firestone Indy 500 may be a decent fit. I haven’t run them buuuuut there are a lot of folks who have had good results with them as a casual, sporty tire.

If it’s a legit DD’er, all-season type of tire you’re after, I’d look at whatever all-season Continental or Michelin fits the budget/size constraints. My preference for this sort of stuff is Michelin but Conti’s are solid also and tend to be a little cheaper (but wear more quickly).

Ah yes, the Firestone Indy 500 aka Bridgestone RE003. I’ve heard a lot of good things as well and may just lean towards them now that you mentioned it. Thank you for the feedback.

I have been looking at the Advan A052 in 205/50R15 for my ITR on the OEM wheels. I will be lapping the car 2x/month once it is finished and I'm thinking these will be a good choice. Anyone with experience with them?

Is your suspension setup stock or close to stock? The A052 might not be ideal for you.

Based on what I've read from others on another forum, they are fast tires, but known to wear out quick and the 205/50/15 is known to run really close to a 225 width tire. From the posts from stock class levels of autocross, they like camber and not being pinched, on a 15x6.The 195/55/15 might work better on the stock wheels, but the cost of nearly 30 USD more on tire rack almost makes them not worth it. But the consensus is don't pinch them. If you can get left over stock re71rs or even BFG rival S 1.5s, those might work better on your Integra.
