What are your needs? Due to lower numbers, '97 ECU's pull a premium on top of already high market. I've seen silly numbers for both but '98's are substantially less if this matches your needs.

I personally wouldn't both unless required. If/when I ever have a stock setup again I will just leave the car on Hondata and retune.
