Installed the calipers. Everything bolted up fine and spacing appears correct.
I used the washer in between the bolt and hub.
Now I have to bleed the brakes

As long as the caliper is centered over the brake rotor, you're good.

Just took it out for low speed testing and then some light pad bedding.
Everything seems to be working just fine. I am going to remove the front wheels and double check all the bolts and what not but the pedal feel is great and there is less vibration/noise in the front end compared to previously.

Excellent work! I'm very impressed. This seemed like a daunting project but I'm thrilled with your results.

Thanks for the nice words gents.
Took it out again for a puttering around my block and no issues or leaks. Overall pretty happy... slightly disappointed with the Hawk HPS 5.0s on initial impression but I think I can bed them in better - we will see.

If you have one of those Motive power bleeders, try that. I love using it now after doing some modifications to make sure the cap (universal) cap seals -- ie. 2 c-clamps clamping it down.

I do not have one of the motive bleeders.
What is the clamp modification you're referencing? I am considering picking up one of the bleeders after doing some quick research.
