Thought I'd bump this with an update. Parked next to a CW CTR this past weekend at autocross and noticed the colour was pretty close to my ITR. Swung by honda and picked up an oem touch up pen and sure enough it was a perfect match to my car. So I'm not sure if the local shop had no idea what they were doing (more than likely) when they mixed me a bottle of touch up paint or what but the oem paint pen is perfect.

I have the opposite experience, i purchased a bottle of touch up for a Cw CTR and its way to white
1998 - CW 624 (sold)
1999 - CW 0114 (current)

Here is the pen I ordered. Not sure if it’s the same as all the others.
It’s got a really fat tip so it’s not the easiest to use as it puts down a lot of paint.

Where are you located? The paint pens I have seen from Honda in recent years look thicker than the picture you have.
