Timing belt has 12,000 miles, after 9 years, can I...

It was my daughter's High School car and she graduated in 2008.
I bought her a new Civic SI, for college and the PY sits, under a cover, in my garage.
I had the TB replaced, in May of 2009, when the ITR had 65,000 miles.

It's been 9 years and 12,000(ish) miles, since the TB, water pump, tensioners, pulley, etc. were changed.
I try to drive it every month and sneak a Winter run or two in, when the weather permits.

This time can I just replace the belt and not all of the other parts or can I wait a few more years?

I would change it. You are past the service interval by a few years. You should do the water pump and timing belt at a minimum. The seal as well at the lower end. I would do everything personally.

I change my TB, tensioner, and spring every 2-3x years as cheap insurance. It is ~$125 for all three items and a few hours of my labor. Memo, make sure to torque the tensioner bolt to spec.

So when I got my 01 last year it still had the original TB and WP (had been sitting a long time). Interestingly, the original belt had zero cracks in it but the water pump seal was about to let go. Do both and the tensioner.
